To be more clear we have a 25 man raid group that many of us are part of (and one of us Flinter is currently leading) which transcends guild boundaries. Not preference is given based on criteria outlined by flinter....
As in the past, my three major criteria for raiders are:
Preparedness - You need to read up on the strats before you show up. You should know how to get the most from your class. You should have whatever consumables you will need.
Attentiveness - You must listen to the raid leader while you are on the raid. You should be paying more attention to the game than your television program.
Reliability - If you sign up, you are expected to show up, and on time. If you can't make it, you should let someone know as far ahead of time as is possible so that you can be replaced.
We are going to have more than 25 people that want to play every week, so I think it is fair to ask for at least this much from raiders.
Based on that and your intro post you sound set to start signing up for our 25man raids right now without needing to be guilded. We do tackle 10 man content but I think Pak is doing that as well so I'm not sure we would be much of a leg up in that direction. Trans is much more of a friends and family type guild. The big benefits we offer is a group of people to chat/argue/tease/ask for help in /gu and a lovely set of boards. Trans is a guild that has been around since beta of eq (what 99? 98? man time's blurry) and unfortunately not an easy guild to get into (someone please link the applicant process?..i'll edit it in later if no one has it handy oh here it is
Application Process). If you are looking for a raid focused progression guild I fear this is not the place for you. You can sign up for our 25 man content without being in the guild and you will have the same opportunities.
If you are looking for a great group of people to hang out with then please stick around I look forward to hearing more from you!
