New Expansion : Relive the Glory!

Echoes of Faydwer goes live today.

Remember falling off Kelethin? How about some Crushbone memories   Ok ok, so it wont be like playing for the first time and its all new(not just rehashes - I mean there was some world shaking events that happened when the Moon Crashed.)

I have been beta testing it for a few weeks and woo woo its very pretty.

They Fey make a showing as a new playable race.  They look very "fantastic".

Crushbone makes a return with good old dvinn(think that was his name)

Unrest and Mistmoor make a return showing.

The expansion feature a slew of nifty new things such as two new alternative crafting patch to expand upon each of the base classes in unique ways(adding procs to items and such being one).

Lvl cap stays at 70, and they have added a new set of Achievments which augment your skills depending on the path you go down.
Set's go live in EQ2, cant let WOW be the only one using a cool idea ya know   Why drive on square wheels when the tire has been invented?

Lvl path/quest material from 1-70( I doubt its as massive as all the old zones combined but alternatives are never bad)

Yepp you're correct.. Ambassador Dvinn was the guy that spawned in the throne room ahead of emporer crush.  i loved crushbone it was a fun zone!

So... the new expansion is implementing places from the original EQ that we've already been to? *snickers*  Sorry, couldn't resist. 

Sounds cool man, I remember Crushbone, that place has some good memories to it... and some horrifying one too IIRC.  Glad you've been having a good time, but you should come back on expansion day and rejoin everyone else here in WoW! We've missed you!

Sorry to say, I won't be spending more money on EQ. With FF12 on the PS2, the PS3 and Nintendo Wii launching this week and the WoW expansion in Jan, (Not to mention I'm in the WoW Beta now).... my plate is full!
